How can architects make the most of collaborative working between large and small practices?
daab Director Dennis Austin will be leading a talk on this subject with the London School of Architecture Collective Peer Development programme for all those concerned with the built environment and the future of cities.
The talk will provide a dual aspect perspective of collaborative working between small and large practices. The CPD will touch on the ins and outs of partnering between practices: what to look out for; how to clarify scope division; how to manage workflow and maintaining a common focus for project delivery.
