As we contemplate the changes to our society post pandemic we have an opportunity to re-emerge with a new sense of community and the opportunity to address longstanding housing needs for London’s key workers. Momentum is building and a resetting of our priorities is long overdue. Discussions on change and re-examination are to be encouraged.

In housing terms this means a renewed attention in developing homes with a specific desire to enhance our mental and physical wellbeing through a better level of housing.

Our scheme allows for a diverse range in density and will respond to each site. Greater consideration is given to increased floor area to provide: children’s home schooling spots, family interaction area, self-isolation zones and WFH zones.

To promote mental wellbeing the project ensures good daylight and access to green spaces, providing strong connectivity to people, space and nature.
